If you experience intermittent or no audio from SoundTouch™ on your Bose Amplifier, consider these solutions: * Ensure the SoundTouch™ wireless adapter is securely plugged into the BoseLink INPUT connector. * Move the SoundTouch™ wireless adapter away from potential sources of interference like microwaves, cordless phones, metal cabinets, or other metal objects. * Stop any other audio or video streaming applications that may be running. * Verify that the system is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer. * Move the system or audio source closer to the wireless router or network access point. * Check that the system volume is not muted or set too low. * Try unplugging the power cord and reconnecting it after one minute.
