If you're experiencing a lack of sound from your Bose Media Converter, try the following: * Increase the volume. * Ensure the mute function is off by pressing the Mute button. * If a CD is loaded, eject it and reload it. * Verify the connections for any auxiliary sources. * If using an external source via the AUX IN input, press AUX to select it and ensure the external source is powered on. * Also, check that headphones are disconnected.
