If your Bowflex Fitness Equipment won't power up, first, ensure the outlet is working by testing it with another device. Check that the power cord is securely connected to both the unit and a non-GFI wall socket. Make sure the power switch at the rear of the unit is in the “ON” position, and the safety key is properly inserted into the console. If these steps don't work, remove the rear plastic covers and contact customer service for further assistance.
