VIII. LIMITED WARRANTY
The UPS is warranted against all defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one
( ) year from the date of shipment to the original user. The conditions of this warranty and the extent

1. The warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to physical abuse, improper
installation, unauthorized service or modification.
