Why is there no steam coming from my Braun CareStyle 7, but the steam icon is on?

  If the steam icon is permanently on but there is no steam emission from the soleplate of your Braun Iron, it could be that the water tank float is locked or the water tank is not correctly inserted. To resolve this: * Turn off and unplug the appliance. * Remove and empty the water tank, rinse it out, and refill it. * Insert the water tank correctly. Switch on the appliance and wait until it is ready to use. * Press the steam button and wait until steam comes out. * Keep the steam button pressed for 10 seconds of steam emission, then release it.
