5. Reinstall the 15 Amp fuse in the system
control panel.
6. Put the SYSTEM switch in AUTO.
7. While observing the meter, push and hold
MANUAL OVER-RIDE start button.
Battery voltage should be measured.
• If battery voltage is measured at Wire
#56,Pin #3, but is not measured at the
starter contactor as described in TEST
2, Step 3, repair/replace wiring
between the system control panel and
starter contactor.
• If no voltage is measured, proceed to
TEST 4 - Check System Control
Panel Inputs.
TEST 4 - Check SCP Input
1. Turn SYSTEM switch to OFF.
2. Remove the 15 Amp fuse from the system
control panel.
3. Set the meter to measure DC Voltage.
4. Connect the positive (+) meter test lead to
Pin #1, Wire # 15A and the negative (-)
meter test lead to battery ground terminal.
(Figure 50). Battery voltage should be
measured.
Figure 50
• If battery voltage is measured at Wire
#15A, Pin #1 but was not measured
during the test at TEST 3, Step 4-7,
verify system control panel ground at
Wire #0, Pin #2. If ground is present,
replace the system control panel.
• If no voltage is measured, proceed to
Step 4.
5. Turn the SYSTEM switch to OFF.
6. Remove the 15 Amp fuse from the system
control panel.
7. Remove the system control panel cover to
gain access (Figure 51).
