• A blown fuse indicates a short in the
circuit. Because this fuse is designed
to protect the ECU and its functions, a
blown fuse would likely be related to
something in the ECU or throttle
control. For troubleshooting
information, contact Power Solutions,

Repair or replace any shorts and
replace the fuse, then proceed to TEST
2 - Check Starter Contactor Signal.
• If the fuse is good, proceed to Step 9.
9. Set meter to measure DC Voltage.
10. Measure for battery voltage at the ECU
fuse line side, Wire #15.
• If voltage is present at the fuse but not
present at Wire #15A, Pin #1 on the
system control panel, repair/replace
wiring between the fuse and system
control panel.
If no voltage is present, repair/replace
wiring between the 50 Amp fuse and
the ECU fuse.
11. When wiring repair is complete, retest to
verify repair.
12. Reset exercise timer and return
generator to AUTO.
