  If you're only getting hot or cold water from your Bristan Kitchen & Bath Fixtures shower valve, it could be due to reversed inlet water supplies (hot connected to cold). Ensure the connections are correct: hot on the left and cold on the right when viewed from the front. Rework the pipework if necessary. Another cause may be a partially blocked inlet filter. Clean or replace the filter, and flush the pipework before refitting.
