Before installing the child restraint:
‐ Check that your vehicle seat belt is compatible with the child restraint
by referring to your vehicle owner’s manual and page 59 in this
user guide.
Adjusting the Recline Angle
IMPORTANT: Vehicle must be parked on a
level surface.
1. Press the recline adjustment button.
2. Position the base on the vehicle seat in
contact with the seat back.

Using with the Base

Overhang
It is important that the base of the child
restraint rests completely at on the vehicle
seat with no side overhang. It is permissible
to allow up to 3” (7.5 cm) of the base to hang
over the edge of the vehicle seat.
