4. Pull the buckle and belly pad out of the
slots in the carrier shell and cover.
5. Push the retainer through the slot
in the cover and carrier shell for the
appropriate buckle position.
6. Pull up on the buckle to ensure that the
buckle strap retainer is properly seated.
