MAINTENANCE
ENGINE AIR CLEANER
The manufacturer has endeavored to build the Broce Broom as maintenance free
as possible. The service points are easily accessible and are similar to those on
many types of construction equipment. This section will cover many of these points
in some detail and will briey mention those which should be standard on
all equipment.
When the clear ring on the Service Indicator turns red, the air lter must
be replaced immediately.
The air cleaner is one of the most important components of this
machine. Due to the extremely dusty conditions in which this
machine operates, the air cleaner must be maintained constantly.
If the air cleaner is not serviced properly, the machine’s engine life
will be reduced. This machine is equipped with
a dry type air cleaner.
