LED Error Solution
Battery reserve has been
reached
Charge battery
«Alternating» Error when
charging the battery
Too high or too low temperatures cause an error.
Disconnect the battery and charger from the
power source, wait until the temperature of the
battery and charger has returned to normal. The
temperature must be between 0° and 45°.
Connect the battery and charger with the power
source once again.
«Permanent» An error has
occurred
Check the following points for possible
assistance.
«Flashing» A serious error
has occurred
Check speed sensor and position of the spoke
magnet
Speed sensor error Restart the system
Internal system error

If the problem persists, please contact an
authorised e-bike dealer.
Brake lighting error
Switch off the system completely. Then check
all cables and plugs on the front and/or rear
lighting. Restart the system.
