Offset Catch Tray (CT-8000)
You can install an optional offset catch tray to this printer.
Be sure to switch off the power and unplug the power cord from the AC power outlet/socket before
carrying out the operations. If you do not, you might get an electrical shock.
Installing the Offset Catch Tray
1 Turn off the printer power switch.
2 Pull out the power cord from the AC power outlet/socket
and then the printer.
3 Open the back cover by lifting the lower gray lever at the
top left corner of the back of the printer.
Do not touch any parts inside the printer.

Step 1: Power Off and Disconnect

Turn off the printer power switch and pull out the power cord from the outlet and printer.

Step 2: Open Printer Back Cover

Open the back cover by lifting the lower gray lever at the top left corner of the printer.

Step 3: Remove Top Cover

Loosen the right and left screws to uninstall the top cover of the paper exit.

Step 4: Attach Offset Catch Tray

Insert the offset catch tray tabs into the top printer holes and lower it onto the printer.

Step 5: Secure Tray

Secure the offset catch tray by tightening the screws at both ends of its bottom.

Step 6: Final Steps

Pull out the tray's extension, close the back cover, reconnect power, and turn the printer on.
