Troubleshooting
m Make sure that the jammed paper does not remain under the machine from static electricity.
n Put the duplex tray back into the machine.
o Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine.
p Close the front cover of the machine.
q Put the paper tray firmly back in the machine.
r Make sure that the Back Cover, Paper and Error LEDs are off and that the Ready LED is green.
