Ensure the needle is correctly installed and the machine is properly threaded. Insufficient lubrication of the rotary hook can also cause this issue, so add oil if the level is low. Clean any dust or thread from the rotary hook. Adjust the upper thread tension if it's too strong or weak. Finally, inspect the rotary hook, feed dog, and other parts for damage; smooth them with an oiled grindstone or replace them if damaged.
