If the fabric is wrinkling while using your Brother Sewing Machine, ensure that the upper thread is threaded correctly and the bobbin is properly fitted. Also, make sure the spool is fitted properly and that you're using the right combination of fabric, thread, and needle. Replace the needle if it's bent or blunt. If sewing thin fabric, use a stabilizer material underneath, and adjust the tension of the upper thread if it is incorrect.
