Check if the relief pressure lies within following limits for both radiator cap
types.
• Min. relief pressure: 1.2 bar (17.4 psi)
• Max. relief pressure: 1.6 bar (23.2 psi)
10 If relief pressure is higher than the max. or lower than the min. relief pres-
sure, replace the radiator cap with new and repeat the test.

If min. pressure cannot be achieved, or pressure cannot be maintained -
check the system to find the leakage.
