TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
1. No tea is delive-
red
No water in the water tank (A3) Fill the water tank
The water tank (A3) has been inserted incor-
rectly and the tank valve (A18) on the bottom
is not open
Remove the water tank and install again
carefully. Push the water tank down lightly to
open the tank valve on the bottom
Limescale in the water circuit Descale as described on p. 24 - descaling
2. The display of
the machine is dark
and the interface is
not responding
Machine has no electrical power Check the power plug and the fuse of your
power socket
Electrical power board inside the machine is
defect
Contact customer support (see p. 30)
3. Water is not hot Wrong water temperature set Set correct water temperature in the
steeping settings (see p. 15)
Automatic heater safety thermostat is acti-
vated
Wait for at least 10 min until the thermostat
automatically resets itself
Manual heater safety thermostat is activated Wait for 30min until the machine is coo-
led down. Remove the water tank (A3). Use
the reset pin (A22) and gently push it in the
reset hole (A21) on the back of the machine
until you hear a clicking sound
4. Water is leaking
out of the machine
The silicone nozzle (A6) is not placed cor-
rectly
