Sunlight is disturbing the cup sensor (A15) Move the machine to a spot with less direct
sunlight
The sensor cover (A15) is dirty remove any dirt carefully with a cotton swab or
damp cloth
The sensor sensitivity is wrong Contact customer support (see p. 30)
If the error still appears Contact customer support (see p. 30)
NOZZLE MISSING Silicone nozzle (A6) not detected Re-install the silicone nozzle (see p. 24)
Silicone nozzle (A6) is broken or weak Replace nozzle (see p. 24)
ERROR 01 or ERROR

Heater sensor error Contact customer support (see p. 30)
ERROR 05 REMOVE
AND CHECK
WATERTANK
Flow meter error Remove the water tank (A3) and (if installed)
the water filter (see p. 9). Check the tank valve
(A18) and the tank receiver (A19) for dirt and
remove any dirt carefully with a cotton swab or
toothpick. Reinstall the water tank carefully and
make sure the tank is aligned
Air in water system (can be after installing new
water filter, see p. 9)
Switch the machine off and back on. Start the
operation one more time
Water tank (A3) not installed correctly Remove the water tank and install it again care-
fully. Push the water tank down lightly to open
the tank valve (A18) on the bottom
If the error still appears Contact customer support (see p. 30)
