– Fault: no boiler
operational.
Remove faults at the
boiler.
Fault: switching
contact activated, but
no power supply.
Check power supply.
Replace
MCM10 module.
Fault: flow
temperature sensor
faulty.
Check temperature
sensor on the MCM10
master and
connecting lead.
Replace
MCM10 module.
Fault: system
pressure too low.
Top up the system
with water.
Fault: no
communication
between
MCM10 module and
all connected boilers
for at least 1 minute.
Check corresponding
cables/leads.
Replace
MCM10 module.
4 Operation: no
communication
between 2 MCM10
modules or the
heating controller
(2-wire BUS).
Standard operating
mode with only one
MCM10 module or
with the MCM10
master without 2-wire
BUS controller.
Operation:

between this MCM10
module and the
previous module or
the heating controller
(2-wire BUS).
– Configuration:
communication
between 2 MCM10
modules or the
heating controller
(2-wire BUS).
Wait until the
configuration has
completed. The LED
will then be illuminated
steadily.
Fault: no

modules or the
heating controller
(2-wire BUS).
Check the
corresponding
connecting lead/
cable.
Replace MCM10
module or heating
controller.
Fault: no
communication
between 2 MCM10
modules or the
heating controller
(2-wire BUS),
although this
component is still
present.
Check the
corresponding
connecting lead/
cable.
Replace MCM10
module or heating
controller.

this component has
been deliberately
removed.
Carry out
configuration reset
