  If bags aren't sealing correctly with your Buffalo Kitchen Appliances, it might be due to moisture in the bag under the sealing bar; ensure the inside of the bag is dry and free from moisture where it is to be sealed. Also check that the end of the bag is placed above the sealing bar; if not, move the end of the bag over the sealing bar. If the incorrect bags are used, call the Vacuum Pack machine supplier. If the sealing bar requires replacement, call a Buffalo agent or qualified technician.

  If your Buffalo Kitchen Appliance does not remove all the air from the bag, the bag may not be correctly positioned, so open the lid and reposition the bag. The open end of the bag might be dirty, so try cleaning it. The bag may also be punctured, so replace the bag. If incorrect bags are used, call the Vacuum Pack machine supplier.
