Replace the gas regulator or gas meter.
Injector's orifice is clogged or
blocked by dust or dirt.
Clean the injector's orifice or replace it as
necessary.
Replace the gas valve.
Gas pressure is too low.
Adjust the gas supply pressure to required
standard.
Faulty or clogged burner.
Adjust the air shutter of the burner to minimize
primary air input.
Adjust the gas supply pressure to required
standard.
Floating flames
Flame roll-out.
Poor venting. Flueways are
blocked by soot or dust.
Burners are clogged or
blocked.
Wrong injector orifice size
installed.
Faulty or clogged burner.
Fluctuating flames
Unsteady gas pressure due to
faulty gas pressure regulator or
gas meter.
Extinction Pop or
Flashback during
extinction
Too much primary air.
Gas pressure is too low.
