If you require any technical guidance or find that your product is not operating as intended, a simple solution can often be found in the Troubleshooting section of these instructions,
1.
If no electrical functions appear to work, check
the isolation switch has not been turned
off also
check the fuse in the switch and the
circuit
breaker in you consumer unit
2.
After replacing the fuse or resetting the circuit
breaker turn on individual parts of your hob one
at a time to check function
3. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THIS
APPLIANCE YOURSELF. CALL BUSH

Troubleshooting
Failure Display and Inspection
If an abnormality comes up, the induction hob will enter the protective state
automatically and display corresponding protective codes:
Problem Possible causes What to do
E4/E5 Temperature sensor failure Please contact the supplier.
E7/E8
Temperature sensor of the
IGBT failure.
Please contact the supplier.
E2/E3 Abnormal supply voltage
Please inspect whether power supply is
normal. Power on after the power supply is
normal.
E6/E9
Bad induction hob heat
radiation
Please restart after the induction hob cools
down.
