How to troubleshoot no raw water feed in BWT bestaqua 14ROC?

  If there's no raw water feed to your BWT Water Filtration System, start by checking that the shut-off valves in the inlet are open and that the flow pressure is within the working range of 1.5 to 4.0 bar. Also, inspect the external pre-filter for blockages and replace it if needed, following the operating manual's instructions. Finally, verify the power cable and replace the mains plug if it’s faulty, ensuring the green LED is steadily lit. If problems persist, contact customer service.

  If you notice water leaking inside your BWT Water Filtration System, the RO cartridge might not be fully screwed in. First, disconnect the device from both power and water. Then, manually screw in the RO cartridge until it's hand-tight. Overtightening isn't necessary. If the leak continues, contact customer service.
