Space requirements
The ceiling clearance must be at least 2300 mm.
The installation area must be level and dry.
The ozone cabinets must be accessible from the front with a minimum
clearance of 1 m. The back of the unit can be set directly against a wall.
Regenerating the dryer releases hot air of up to 200°C through the top.
No piping or cable links may be installed above the unit.

Pressure variations of more than ± 0.5 bar are not permitted.
Thecoolingwatersupplylinemustincludeaprotectivelterwitha
lteringe󰀨ectivenessof80to120µm,aowmeterandamanual
owcontrolvalve.Apressurereducermustbeinstalledifthecooling
water pressure exceeds 8 bar.
Theltershouldbeinstalledsothatitiseasilyaccessible.
Guideline values for the cooling water
Temperature 4° C to 17° C
pH value 6.5 to 9.5
Carbonate hardness < 20 °d
Free of oxidants such as Cl
2
, OCl
-
, O
3
, etc.
Conductivity < 2000 µS/cm
Suspended solids: < 0.1 mg/l
Iron < 0.2 mg/l
Manganese < 0.05 mg/l
Chloride < 250 mg/l
Cooling water drainage
The cooling water drained from the ozone cabinet remains un-
changed except that the temperature increases by up to 10° C.
Please see DIN EN 806 (previously DIN 1988) if the cooling water
is fed into a closed system.
A safety element that protects against returning water must be
integrated in the outlet.
Electrical supply

Risk of death by electric shock!
Disconnect the system power supply before all
maintenance repair work.
There may still be voltage from external
connections even when the mains voltage is
disconnected.
Discharge live components through earthing.
The power supply to the ozone generator must comply with all applicable
regulations for high voltage generators required by the local power
company. Mains supply 3 x 400 V/N/PE, 50/60 Hz, or 1 x 230 V/N/PE,
50/60 Hz; see the technical data for the individual unit types. The wire
cross section must conform with the overcurrent protection; see the
technical data of the individual unit types).
To limit the impedance of the protective earth, observe the maximum
permissible lengths of the mains supply lines from the protective sub-
distributor according to EN 60204-1.
Example:Forsub-distributorprotectionwithaswitch-o󰀨timeof5se-
conds, table 1 as per EN 60204-1 applies.
