6 Installation
There should be at least 1 m in front of the cabinet to allow the doors
to be opened.
6.1 Assembly
1. Setupandalignrstcabinet.
2. Insert gasket to second cabinet.
3. Set and align next cabinet.
4. Bolt cabinets together.
5. For additional cabinets, repeat the process from point 2.
6. Anchorallcabinetstotheoorwithscrewsandplugs.
6.2 Ozone connection
Use PVC piping, series 5 (PN16) for the ozone gas line. Connect the
ozone line to the union on top of the cabinet.
If the pipes for the ozone gas line to the ozone-water mixing unit are
longerthan5m,alargernominalwidththanthenominalwidthspecied
intheozoneconnectiontechnicalspecicationsmustbeused.
6.3 Cooling water
If PVC piping is used for the cooling water lines, series 5 PVC (PN16)
must be used.
Cooling water lines should not be installed above the ozone system in
the vicinity of the hot air vents of the dryer. If this is unavoidable, the
pipes must be insulated.
Flushthe supply pipingandttings betweenthelter andtheozone
system before connection to remove any deposits of dirt.
Connect the supply and drainage pipes to the ttings on top of the
cabinet.
6.4 Electrical connections
OnlybyBWTservicesta󰀨ortrainedpersonnel!
The electrical connections between individual cabinets are completed
duringstart-upbyBWTservicesta󰀨.Thecablesareledintothesystem
through threaded connections on top of the cabinet.

High voltage
Risk of death by electric shock!
►Disconnect the system power supply before all
maintenance repair work.
►There may still be voltage from external
connections even when the mains voltage is
disconnected.
►Discharge live components through earthing.
For units with a three-phase connection, all three phases must be present
togetheratalltimes;therotatingeldmustturntothe“right”.
See the enclosed circuit diagram for the control and safety connections.
All other installation work must be completed on-site.
