What to do if filtered water cannot be drawn from my BWT Water Filtration Systems?

If filtered water cannot be drawn from your BWT Water Filtration System, it could be due to a few reasons. First, the water supply in general may be stopped, or a valve might be closed. Test all valves and open if necessary. Second, the filter cartridge might not be screwed properly into the filter head. Unscrew the filter by ½ rotation and reinsert as far as possible. Third, the filter head might be fitted incorrectly. Check the flow direction according to the arrow on the filter head and reverse the flow direction if necessary.
