Unscrew wheel nuts
3. Unscrew all bolts on the at tire.
Unscrew all bolts on the wheel before
lifting the car.
Unscrew the bolts on the wheel anti-
clockwise. For better torque, you can
t the wrench to the nut with its handle
on the right side, as shown in the gure
above. Grip at the end of the wrench
handle and pull upwards. Please avoid
the wrench slipping off the nut.
Do not remove the nuts, just loosen
them.
Jack Positioning
4. Place the jack under the proper
lifting point, as shown in the gure.
Make sure that the jack is placed on
the at and solid ground.
Lift the Vehicle
5. Make sure nobody is in the car, and
lift up the car to a height that allows
installation of spare tire.
Please notice that it needs larger
ground clearance to install the spare
tire than removing the at tire.
To lift up the car, please insert the
jack handle into the jack (loose joint)
and rotate it clockwise. When the
jack touches the car and starts lifting,
please check again if the jack is at the
right position.
