A) After having turned the device off, disconnect the power supply from the socket and
from the device itself and store it in a dry and safe place;
B) Pressing the button on the back, release the drug chamber and remove it from the
product.
C) Once the main unit has been stored in a safe place (away from sinks or surfaces where
it can come into contact with liquids or could fall), open the nebulisation chamber and
empty any residual drug;
D) Clean the accessories and drug chamber using water. Carefully
rinse the Metal Mesh when using a medication having high surface
activity or viscosity such as medication solubilizing agent or
expectorant because the medication is often left on the mesh.
Drug chamber, masks and connector,mouthpiece and nosepiece
can also be soaked in a 1/1 solution of water and white vinegar
for about 1 hour to cleanse these and/or to remove residues and
deposits.
DO NOT CLEAN THE MAIN UNIT USING WATER. AVOID CONTACT WITH WET SURFACES AND
EXPOSURE TO POSSIBLE SPLASHES
DO NOT CLEAN THE DEVICE, ITS PARTS OR ACCESSORIES IN A DISHWASHER
DO NOT USE DETERGENTS, CHEMICALS OR SCALE REMOVERS TO CLEAN THE DEVICE
E) Place the drug chamber and accessories on a clean
and dry cloth and leave to dry completely in the open
(about 2 hours) before storing or re-using them.
Do not use cotton balls, brushes or other
objects to clean or dry the drug chamber Mesh. Never touch the mesh ! If necessary, use a dry cotton
cloth to dry the accessories and the drug chamber.
F) Use a soft and dry cloth to clean the main unit and the electrodes. Keep the electrodes clean and dry and always
remove any residual of medication from the device.
G) Once dry, reassemble the drug chamber to the main door and place them in the box or travel bag, together with the
accessories. Keep it all in a clean environment and protected against the weather.
