F (Cancel): Touch this screen button to return to the
BLUETOOTH PHONE screen.
Registered Device: Touch this screen button to display
a list of all Bluetooth
®
phones that are connected to
your vehicle. From this list you can set your default
device or change phones to be used in the vehicle.
New Device: Touch this screen button when you are in
the process of adding a new phone to be used in the
vehicle. From this menu you can receive a new
device or search for new devices.
W (Back): This screen button will return the screen to
the previous page.
Connect: This screen button will connect your phone to
the Bluetooth
®
system.
Receive: Touch this screen button to have your
Bluetooth
®
system connect to your phone when you are
using your phone as the device to initiate pairing.
This allows your phone to seek your vehicle and
connect. When this button is pressed, the Navigation
system is waiting to be connected.
Y (Delete): This screen button will delete items one at
a time.
Default: This screen button will set the highlighted
device to be the default. This will underline the default
device in the list.
Search: This screen button will begin the system’s
search for all available Bluetooth
®
phones in a
designated area.
To set up your phone, do the following:
1. Press the CONFIG hard key to enter the Select
Setting Function screen.
2. Touch the Bluetooth
®
screen button (E).
3. Touch the Search screen button. The system will
search for all Bluetooth compatible phones within
the vehicle.
Your phone must be in the discoverable mode to be
found by the Bluetooth system.
4. The Device List screen will appear. Scroll through
the choices using the arrow buttons.
5. Choose your device by touching the icon next to
the device name.
6. Touch the Connect screen button. Your phone and
the Bluetooth
®
system will begin a connecting
procedure.
7. Follow the instructions on screen. They will differ
depending on your phone. Refer to your phone
instructions for further information.
