Symptom Items to Conrm Solution
Does not operate Is the USB cable rmly
connected to the car DC
adapter or a commercially
available USB power adapter?
Firmly insert the USB cable into the
power cable port on the base unit and
the adapter.
No air is coming out
The airow is weak
When installing the lter, did
you remove the lter from
the plastic bag?
Remove the lter from the plastic bag
and reinstall it.
Is the air outlet on the base
unit dirty?
Follow the instructions in “Cleaning
Procedures” and remove dust and dirt
from the air inlet and lter.
Is the air volume indicator
illuminated?
Press the Mode button and change the
mode.
All of the airow
indicators turn ON
during operation
Is the top cover open? Follow the instructions in the “Installing
the Filter” section and close the top
cover.
