automobile manufacturers (near the airbag,
etc.).
Doing so may result in the airbag not deploying,
the product being ung back when the airbag
deploys, or fatal accidents. In addition, it
may interfere with the operation of on-board
products that promote safety and could result
in road accidents. If you are unsure, conrm the
precautions with your automobile manufacturer or
automobile retailer before placing the base unit in
your car.

Do not remove the car DC adapter and USB
power adapter with wet hands.
This may cause electric shock.

Do not damage the USB cable.
Doing so could result in shorts or disconnections
that cause re or electric shock. Do not modify,
heat, or damage it. Do not forcibly bend, stretch,
twist, or place heavy objects on it.
• Do not get near any heating appliance or heat.
• When removing the USB plug, do not pull the USB
cord.
• Do not use a damaged USB cable. If the USB
cable is damaged, contact your retailer or Support
Center for consultation about repairs.

Do not use the base unit at any voltage
other than the rated voltage.
This may cause re or electric shock.

Do not use, store, or place in any of the
following locations.
Doing so may cause malfunction, discoloration, or
deformation.
• Locations with extremely high temperatures, such
as near ames, heaters, or warm air outlets.
• Locations exposed to direct sunlight
• Under hot sunlight in a car with the windows closed
• Locations with high temperatures, humidity, or
water, such as bathrooms
• Locations where machine oil, cooking oil, or other
oil constituents are oating in the air

Do not disassemble, modify or repair the
product yourself.
This may cause re, electric shock or injury. Contact
your retailer or Support Center for consultation
about repairs.
