What to do if Cafe C7CEBBS3RD3 Coffee Maker water tank is empty but "Add Water" alert does not show up?
    • J
      Justin StantonSep 4, 2025
If the 'Add Water' alert doesn't appear on your Cafe Coffee Maker when the water tank is empty, the water sensor may be detecting water on the outside of the tank. Wipe the exterior of the water tank and the interior of the water tank housing completely dry. Another reason can be coffee powder is too fine and coffee can not pass through grounds, so adjust coffee bean grind size to a larger setting during grinding operation. Also, check for restrictions in the coffee or steam nozzle.

Why does Cafe Coffee Maker dispose of coffee grounds without brewing?
    • T
      Teresa HarringtonSep 13, 2025
If your Cafe Coffee Maker disposes of unused coffee grounds without brewing coffee, it could be because the function was canceled before completing, or there was a power outage during the brew cycle. Alternatively, the bean container might be empty, and the grind amount didn't meet standards for a good strength espresso, causing the shot to be disposed. Refill the coffee bean container.

Why is my Cafe C7CEBBS3RD3 coffee not hot enough?
    • A
      Alexandra WilsonAug 21, 2025
If your coffee isn't hot enough, there are a few potential causes. First, try preheating your cup by running hot water into it and swirling it around before brewing. Another reason might be that the coffee brewer itself is too cold, so dispense hot water to warm it up. Lastly, the temperature setting may be too low; you can adjust it to your preferred setting using the SmartHQ app.
