Problem
When you press the
coffee/tea dispensing
switch (3) no beverage
comes out.
Solution
Check that you have removed
limescale properly
Remove limescale by following
the instructions printed on the
limescale remover’s
packaging and ensure that the
machine is perfectly clean.
Problem
Coffee (or tea) comes out cold
The dispensing nozzle leaks the
odd drop, especially during the
heating up phase
The coffee (or tea) tastes acidic
The pump is too noisy
The appliance can’t dispense
coffee/tea
Cause Solution
The water tank isn’t fitted properly
Faulty pump

Fit the tank properly

TROUBLESHOOTING:
1) Fill the tank with water
2) Check that the tank is positioned correctly
3) Check that the capsule container (2) with the capsule
inserted has been correctly positioned and the lever (1) closed
