The Cambox uses a modern and recent H265 video compression codec,
which may not be installed on your device.
You can either download it from the manufacturer's official site or install
a free video player like VLC, which will automatically install this codec
Check that the char_er you are usin_ meets the conditions specified on
pa_e 6 (output max: 5V/1.0A).
Rechar_e your camera with a suitable char_er and try restartin_ it.

Your SD card is likely in a FAT32 format, which can cause instability in
your Cambox system.
To fix this, reformat your card to ExFAT

1) Check if the SD card is inserted in the camera
2) Ensure that it has enough free space
3) Verify that it meets our recommendations (MicroSD, SDHC, SDXC
between 16 and 256 GB) and is formatted in ExFAT

The Cambox has a thermal safety feature for extreme external
temperatures (from -5°C to 55°C)
Allow your camera to cool down for a few moments before restarting it
with a RESET action. Refer to the detailed procedure on page 30.

If your Cambox is on while charging, an increase in the temperature of
the internal components may occur. We recommend turning off your
camera while charging (see page 6).
Additionally, the 4K and 1080 x 60fps recording modes are the most
demanding and can cause an increase in the temperature of the
electronic components in your Cambox.
