VII. Suggested End-User Customer Service Offerings
A. End-User Limited Warranty Conditions
Ninety (90) days after delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty covers the BLM550+, Conveyor Bridge, Stacker and Book
Stacker.
B. Service Parts Availability
Service parts ordering will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365
days a year to provide the quickest possible response should the need arise for
such parts. Canon USA will provide service parts for the key units, assemblies
and consumables to cover the entire machine function, and this is designed to
avoid potential machine downtime for the customer. Various shipment options

currently offered include:
• Next Flight Out (NFO)
• UPS (Ground, Next Day, Early AM)
• Pickup (Rush, Spot)
