Vacuum the chiller and check the fluid level (new design)
Introduction
It is advised to vacuum the chiller every month to keep the printer in the best condition.
Vacuuming the chiller is part of periodic maintenance so the operator panel gives a warning
when you should vacuum the chiller. Always check the fluid level when you vacuum the chiller.

NOTE
There are 2 types of chillers. In the first design, the condenser surface is located on the left side
of the chiller. In the new design, the condenser surface is located directly behind the cover. This
procedure describes the new design.
First design New design
Before you begin
Use Colorado 1650 prescribed:
Screwdriver (Torx-25)
Vacuum cleaner with a brush head
Check the fluid level
To check the fluid level, locate the level gauge glass behind the right-hand side of the cover.
NOTE
Do not remove this section of the cover. You can see the level gauge glass through the openings
in the cover.
If the fluid level is near the bottom of the green zone, you must refill the chiller.
Vacuum the chiller and check the fluid level (new design)
