Connect the power cord.
s The <POWER> lamp will light.

Detach the protective cover and
connect the battery.
¡Attach the cover to the battery
compartment cap and store it.
¡Whenever the battery is out of the
camera, be sure to attach the
protective cover to prevent a short
circuit.
