- This oven may only be used by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if
they are supervised whilst using it. They may only use
it unsupervised if they have been shown how to use it
in a safe manner. They must be able to recognise and
understand the dangers of misuse.
SAFETY WITH CHILDREN:
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above.
- Children less than 8 years of age should be kept away
unless continuously supervised or they have been
shown how to use it in a safe manner. Children must
be able to understand and recognise the possible
dangers caused by incorrect operation.
- Children should be supervised in the vicinity of the
oven. Never allow children to play with the oven.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried
out by children without supervision.
- External parts of the oven such as the door glass,
control panel and the vent become hot. Do not let
children touch the oven when it is in operation.
- The oven gets much hotter during pyrolytic cleaning
than during normal use. Do not let children touch the
oven during pyrolytic cleaning.
- Materials used for packaging (nylon, staplers,
Styrofoam etc) may cause harmful effects to children,
they should be disposed of immediately.
