SLOW
This function is for slow cooking over a period of
time at 90°C only.
1. Turn on the oven by pressing the button.
2. Select from the Function
Selection screen.
3. Proceed to select BOOST or Meat Probe
if necessary choose a cooking Duration
and/or save to favourites.
4. Press to start cooking.
