THERMOSTAT SETTING
The thermostat automatically regulates the temperature inside the refrigerator and freezer
compartments. Cooler temperatures can be obtained by rotating the knob to higher numbers
(1 to 5).
NOTE:
Do not try to rotate the knob beyond position 1, it will stop your appliance from working.
› Set the knob to a low/medium
position,up to 3, for short-term storage
of food in the appliance.
› Set the knob to a medium position, 3
or 4, for long-term storage of food in
the appliance.
› For freezing fresh foods or a large
quantity of foods, set to 5. The
appliance will work for longer. Once
the food is fully frozen, reset the
thermostat to its original position.
SUPER FREEZE AND WINTER SWITCH
For maximum freezing capacity, press this switch 24 hours before placing food in the freezing
compartment. In order to save energy, please turn the switch Off 24 hours after placing food in
the freezer.
When the ambient temperature outside of the appliance is low (below 16°C), use this switch to
keep your fridge above 0°C and freezer below -18°C.
NOTE:
The ambient temperature, the temperature of freshly stored food, and how often the door is
opened all affect the temperature in the appliance. If required, change the temperature setting.
