If your Caple Freezer displays the E09 error code, especially after a prolonged power outage, try these steps: 1. Lower the freezer temperature or activate Super Freeze to clear the error once the required temperature is reached. Keep the doors closed to speed up the process. 2. Remove any food that has thawed during the error, but you can use it soon. 3. Avoid adding fresh food until the correct temperature is reached and the error disappears.
