  If the alarm indicator LED is on, ensure the freezer door is closed properly. If the door is closed, wait for an hour to see if the alarm turns off. The alarm might be triggered if some parts are out of order, there is a failure in the cooling process, the product has been plugged in for the first time, or power has been interrupted for more than 1 hour. If the alarm persists after an hour, contact Caple service for assistance.
