What to do if E09 error appears on my Caple RIF1800 Freezer?

If you see error code E09, especially after a long power outage, try these steps: 1. Lower the freezer temperature or activate Super Freeze mode. This should clear the error once the freezer reaches the desired temperature. Keep the doors closed to speed up the process. 2. Take out any food that has thawed or defrosted. Use it soon. 3. Wait until the freezer reaches the correct temperature and the error disappears before adding fresh food. If the error persists, contact Caple service.
