Trouble shooting
Symptom
Power failure
No power in terminal

1. Check if power cable in rear of terminal is connected.
2. Check the power cable fuse in fuse box connected to terminal
(When normal power cable is used)
3. Format SD memory card and upgrade firmware.
Card failure
Indication: Card failure, red
LED
Voice: Cannot recognize
storage media.
GPS failure
GPS is in malfunction.
1. Date of save and time is
not matched with current
ones.
2. Speed is not shown in
image playback.
Playback failure
1. When CARPA130.exe is
run, screen disappears.
2. CARPA-130 is opened, but
file does not play back.
Speaker failure
1. No voice
2. No voice announcement.
Noise in voice announce-
ment.
1. Check if card is inserted correctly.
2. Check SD card is qualified product.
3. Format SD memory card and upgrade firmware.
1. Check if there is any obstacle on top of terminal.
2. Check installation position and angle of terminal.
3. Format SD memory card and upgrade firmware.
* GPS signal is not received in closed area such as room or tunnel.
* It may takes longer time to receive signal normally in case that; Vehicle
has not been used for long term (more than 3 days) or initial operation of
this product is done in basement parking lot or in area where building
are clustered.

Close file and then run CARPA-130 viewer.
Check PC specification.

1. Check if room image selection has been cancelled.
If room image selection is cancelled, voice is not recorded.
2. If speaker sound is failure constantly.
Check power connection, and disconnect power and connect again.
Check if it is in shadowy
area and disconnect poer,
and then connect poer
again.
