Why is my Caroma Bathroom Fixtures soap not dispensing?

  If your Caroma Bathroom Fixtures soap is not dispensing, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the soap tank isn't empty and that you're using soap with the correct viscosity (100 - 3800 cPs). Prime the pipes using the fill button on the remote control. If the dispenser hasn't been primed, prime it by pressing the fill button on the remote or the refill button on the pump until soap exits the nozzle. A damaged pump, debris, or dried soap in the pipe or tank can also cause this issue. Run warm water through the pipe, pump, and body all the way to the nozzle, and consider replacing the pump if damaged. Also, check for and unbend any bent pipes. Finally, ensure the AUX connector is fully inserted until the white o-ring is not visible, removing the o-ring if necessary.
