Room Size Restriction
The appliances are connected via an air duct system to one or more rooms. The bottom of the air inlet of the air duct should be at a height > 7.3ft/2.2m
from the floor. In UL/CSA 60335-2-40 the refrigerant belongs to mildly flammable refrigerants which will limit the room area of the system service.
Similarly, the total amount of refrigerant in the system should be less than or equal to the maximum allowable refrigerant charge, which depends on
the room area services by the system.
