19. FINISHING INSTALLATION
19-1 FINISHING STEPS FOR INSTALLATION
a. Tie together refrigerant piping, drain hose,
electrical connection cords.
Form the refrigerant piping in the required direction
and bind the drain hose, electrical connection cord and
signal line together with vinyl tape.
• The drain hose should be always at the bottom of
lump to assure smooth drainage.
• The lump must be of circular shape.
•
Fix piping with pipe clamps and check that any pipe
vibrations cannot be transmitted to the building
structure.
e. Mount front panel to the top of
indoor unit body with both hands
and fit it to the latch of the grille
frame.
f. Ensure that the remote control and
control functions are working
properly
b. Fill the gap between the outside wall pipe
hole and the piping with sealing wall
sleeve, wall cap and sealer so that rain and
wind cannot enter.
g. Adjust the internal deflectors of
supply air for correct air diffusion to
the right or left direction as per the
requirements for the room to be air-
conditioned
c. Fix the terminal block cover by one screw. h. Ensure that the air distribution in the
room is uniform by properly
adjusting the air flow direction.
d. Check that the return air sensor is properly
fixed and inside its plastic clip-on the
indoor coil.
i. After completion of electrical wiring
to the outdoor unit:
• Fasten the electrical cords with the cable clamp.
• Install again the service door.
