4.2 Cooling System
4.2.1 Integrated Cooling System
The integrated APU is plumbed into the truck’s coolant system. The APU and the tractor share the same
coolant reservoir. When the integrated APU is running, it provides heat to the truck’s engine and when
the truck’s engine is running, the truck provides heat to the APU.
