Run Mode
Automatic run mode functions can be turned ON and OFF from the run mode menu. Contact a Carrier
Transicold dealer for assistance configuring the automatic run mode functions. The automatic run modes
that can be configured are:
• Maximum Run Time – Limits the maximum amount of time that the APU can run at one time.
• Battery Monitor - Starts the APU when the truck battery voltage has dropped below a set voltage.
• Temp Start - Automatically turns the APU on when the APU coolant temperature falls below a
programmed value.
1. From the home screen press the menu button.
2. Rotate the dial and select RUNMODE. Press the dial.
3. Rotate the dial to the automatic run mode to be changed.
4. Rotate the dial to change between ON and OFF.
5. Press the menu button when the desired state has been
selected.
